At Warsaw Foundry company we pour precision castings ranging from Gray Iron Class 25 (G2500) to Ductile Iron 80-55-06. Our customers serve a variety of industries and the parts we pour can weigh less than 1 lb to over 150 lbs. We utilize 3 different types of mold lines; Hunter 10 (14×19 flask), Hunter 20 (20×24 flask) and Conventional (variety of flask sizes) and will still put down the occasional floor mold. Many of our customers come to us with their short to medium volume jobs or jobs that take intricate core assembly.
